Free photo estimate - no appointment needed. Send us shots of the damage from your phone and we'll get back to you with a preliminary number, usually the same business day. Carl's Collision Center has three locations: Fall River and New Bedford in Massachusetts, and Newport in Rhode Island. Pick the one closest to you on the form below and that's where your estimate comes from. No obligation to book the repair with us.

What to send: ideally eight or ten shots. The four sides of the car from about six feet back, several close-ups of the damage at different angles, and a photo of your VIN (through the windshield on the driver-side dash). Photos taken in daylight are preferred, to help our estimators clearly see your vehicle and the extent of the damages.

What happens next: an estimator reviews the photos and contacts you to discuss a preliminary estimate. Please note that the preliminary estimate is purely for informational purposes, and we can provide a more comprehensive quote which we can use as the basis for your repairs once you drop the vehicle off with us. Photos provide a great starting point, but they do not reveal hidden damages underneath the surface such as frame damage, sensors that require replacement or recalibration, and anything behind the external panel.
