Some dude backed into my 2023 Tesla Model Y. Brought the car to Carl's and they were wonderful. They seamlessly worked with the guy's insurance… They perfectly repaired the damage to the point where it looks brand new again, and returned the car to me all cleaned up and in pristine condition.
By far the best collision repair shop experience. Customer service was top notch… from the first call, drop off, updates, and an earlier than expected completion. My car looks better than new… 10 out of 10 in all regards.
